Evolution has appointed Jason Misters TechIOSH, PCQI as its new Group Health and Safety and Compliance Manager.
In his new role, Jason will be responsible for driving the Health and Safety culture and ensuring that the strategy is implemented consistently across all branches of the organisation. Since joining Evolution, Jason’s immediate focus has been to implement a robust set of organisational procedures to further develop the overall safety of company employees, mitigating where possible health and safety risks, and ensuring the company is fully compliant with current legislation.
Jason previously worked for the Ministry of Defence (MoD), within the Defence Safety Authority sphere as a Senior Project Officer responsible for leading military diving training, liaising with key stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
Commenting on his appointment, Jason said: “I am pleased to be joining the Evolution team as I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experiences across the organisation to establish robust and coherent health and safety management systems”.
