I have just met with the Client’s Security Team and I wanted to pass on the positive feedback from the client to everyone involved to date. It is such a rewarding feeling sitting across the desk from a client at a service review meeting and they have no issues to report.
The Client is delighted with Evolution’s performance to date on all aspects of our works from Service Desk Co-Ordination, Service Calls, PPM’s & Project works. This is an incredible success story considering where the customer was with their previous service provider six months ago and it is an example of what we can achieve when we all come together and deliver the Evolution way 😊. It could have been a complete disaster giving the nature of their business and how critical the systems are to them.

In the first 6 months of the contract we have completed the following;
Switched their off-site Security Operation Centre (SOC) from National Monitoring Network to a new SOC.
Switched the Alarm Monitoring and replaced NMN WebWayOne units to Dualcoms and connected into a new SOC.
Installed Intruder Alarm in six Directors/Senior Management houses.
Upgraded their Lenel System from 7.4 to 7.6.
Resolved issues with cameras displaying red x on the Lenel software.
Completed the PPM visits.
Resolved issues with the system freezing, extensive investigation work to identify the root cause and Tech Team applied a script to sort this.
Installed additional cameras in three sites
Upgraded their failing Biometric readers.
