evo:hub HR System Introduced

On 1st September 2020 Evolution launched evo:hub, a cloud-based self-service HR portal for employees to access it at any time, on any device.

evo:hub allows employees to book/cancel/track annual leave, log absences and manage personal information all on one platform. There is no longer the need to email holiday requests or change of personal  details as these can now be managed by the employee directly. 

For new starters joining Evolution, evo:hub will allow individuals access to a secure area to read about Evolution’s journey, understand our values, watch welcome videos, look at floor plans of the office where they are based plus other sources of information they may be interested in.  Current members of staff will also be able to access this area as a matter of course once you are securely logged in.

evo:hub will also be the platform we use to capture annual appraisal information, from both an employee and manager point of view, building up employees career journey with Evolution year on year.

evo:hub will be the system we use to roll out policies and tool box talks for employees to review and sign up to and all individuals certifications and history of your achievements and training will all be in one place.

evo:hub is just another example of Evolution empowering employees, reducing admin workload and saving valuable time for everyone!
